About Me

I work on the structures behind data and AI – where governance decisions quietly shape everything that follows.

With over 15 years of experience across consulting and enterprise environments, my work spans data governance, AI governance, data strategy, and information management across multiple industries, including Life Science, Pharma, FMCG, Retail, and other regulated domains. Over the years, I’ve seen how data and AI initiatives succeed or fail not because of tools or algorithms, but because of the clarity – or lack of it-in governance, culture, and decision-making.

This space is dedicated to thought leadership and learning around data and AI. The focus is not on technical implementation, but on understanding—how data and AI are interpreted, governed, trusted, and used responsibly within organizations and society. The goal is to help people think clearly about data and AI, ask better questions, and recognize the upstream decisions that shape long-term impact.

My perspective is shaped by hands-on leadership in building governance frameworks, operating models, and maturity programs, as well as ongoing learning in AI-driven governance and strategy. Through writing and shared insights, this platform explores how data and AI can move from complexity to clarity, and from adoption to trust.
